Planning test execution as a local product owner
Temporarily took on the product owner role for test execution. I owned the planning: what to test, in what order and who would do it, balancing priorities and the time available.
Feature test lead
Led testing for a feature from start to finish: understanding the requirements, coordinating testers and developers, and keeping testing on track until the feature was ready to release.
Leading the regression team
Led the regression team while running regression cycles myself, including automated tests. I onboarded new members and taught the workflow, the product features and the regression coverage, so they could run tests independently.
Teaching testers across sites
Ran info sessions for testers across the whole verification site and for other sites around the world, explaining workflows, features and coverage, and giving technical support so colleagues could keep their own testing moving.
Building test environments from the ground up
Set up test lines end to end: hardware deployment, network configuration and software installation. Testers got a stable, ready-to-use setup and could spend their time testing instead of configuring.
Tracking down hard problems
Investigated, debugged and troubleshot issues across both hardware and software, then reported and tracked bugs and improvement items until they were resolved.

About
I'm a QA engineer with a computer engineering background and 9+ years of testing experience on complex systems. My work covers feature and spec review, test planning, manual and automated testing, regression and bug reporting.
Along the way I've led a regression team, worked as a feature test lead, and temporarily took the product owner role for test execution planning. I've also run info sessions for testers across sites in different parts of the world, so I'm used to explaining things clearly and working remotely.
I speak English, Filipino and Bikol, and I'm comfortable working across time zones. I'm most interested in test planning and manual testing work, where thoroughness and clear communication matter most.
